we bring all of our equipment to you, including studio lights and background
your choice of background: cloudy blue, cloudy gray, or solid white, or we can use your office environment

The efficient way to get photos of everyone in your office.

(For more than 18 people/groups, the total rate is $30 per person or group. Background not provided for group photos.)

Brad can help you choose your best shot.

Avoid wearing white. Avoid bold colors and patterns. (They all steal attention away from your face.) You're welcome to bring a few different clothing options and the photographer can help you choose the best outfit and background. Custom lighting helps highlight your best features.

It's best to wear dark solid colors.

White and light colors emphasize a double chin.

Women with long hair should wear something that contrasts with their hair color.

No shiny faces! Facial shine can ruin a good portrait, and is difficult to retouch. Men should wash their face about an hour before their sitting. Women should wear plenty of powder and bring more with them, along with hair styling needs.

Nervous? No problem, Brad will help put you at ease. My most nervous clients always walk away saying "wow, that was kind of fun!" and "these turned out way better than I expected!"

Get both color and black-and-white photos, upon request, at no additional charge.

You get your CD as soon as we're done shooting! Retouching is usually done via email. (E-mail me the 4-digit photo number.)

Online proofing available, upon request, for on-site photos at adonis.smugmug.com

Do you have coworkers who also need studio headshots? Additional people are $90 each, and you get a group shot in the studio at no additional charge!

Prices include tax and shipping.

Regional commercial copyright usage includes web sites and regional publications. Please inquire about rates for national publications and television usage.

Basic retouching: $10 per pose (eye bags, lines, blemishes, freckles, stray hairs, lint)

Advanced retouching: $30 per pose

Replacing the background with a different photo/backdrop: $30
